DEPOSIT
The sooner we receive a booking deposit the better, especially during high seasons in June - September and December to March when space can be limited.
Deposit payments can be made most easily via PayPal . The deposit is payable in Euros via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account, we'll send you a PayPal invoice via email, which you can pay by credit card. PayPal charges 5% transaction fees, which we will split between you and us.
CONFIRMATION & BALANCE DUE
Once the deposit payment received, we will send you a booking confirmation and a detailed itinerary. The booking confirmation will indicate the balance due payable in cash in Indonesina Rupiah Or Euro upon your arrival in Bukit Lawang.
CANCELATION
In case of cancellation up to 2 weeks before the start of the tour, we will refund you 50% of the deposit paid.There will be no refund issued for shorter notice cancellation. When you are ready to book your trek or tour, or have any questions.
